Casa Tono is completely detached but easily accessible via a paved road. All amenities such as shops, restaurants, schools and public transport are available in the lively village of El Pont de Suert, a 25-minute drive away.

The luxury of space; over 30 hectares of land

The more than 30 hectares of land consist of several plots (fincas) adjacent to or close to Casa Tono. Most of these fincas are now mountain pastures where cows graze, but the 1200-metre altitude location offers plenty of other opportunities. In Spain, vineyards, fruit orchards and truffle trees, for example, are increasingly grown at higher altitudes. This is because these areas offer more water and optimal growing conditions, making them ideal for farming in a changing climate.

The building itself stands on a finca of 3.7 hectare. Part of this finca is used as a vegetable garden. The land also offers plenty of opportunities for those who want to live self-sufficiently or have horses or other animals.

The fincas are all very easy to reach and work on.

White ribbon is stretched around the fincas where cows graze. This ribbon acts as a visual barrier, so cows tend to avoid these areas despite it not being a physical barrier.

Alta Ribagorza: adventure, culture, nature

In the park you can do all kinds of outdoor activities and you will find a dense network of hiking trails with different levels of difficulty.
